Organization Structure and Governance

Nueterra collaborates with physician and hospital partners to organize and recruit investors to syndicate the project through a private placement memorandum. Once the partnership and syndication is complete, we coordinate the election and formation of the Board of Directors to meet the specific needs of the project.

The Board of Managers oversees and directs the business of the facility as outlined in the Operating Agreement which is prepared as part of the organizational process. Once operational, Nueterra works continuously with the Board in charting the course to carry out the mission and goals of the organization.
