Cassandra Speier joined Nueterra in 2011 with nearly 30 years of experience in health care, most of it in senior operations roles in the ambulatory surgery industry. As senior vice president, Operations, Cassandra will oversee Nueterra's surgery centers. Prior to joining Nueterra she was senior vice president of operations at Novamed, where she was responsible for 20 surgery centers Before that, Speier served as a vice president at Symbion, where her responsibilities included developing and managing surgery centers, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions.
