David Miller joined Nueterra as the senior vice president of Strategic Planning and Development, responsible for researching and evaluating new business opportunities and the strategic positioning of Nueterra. David brings 19 years of experience in health care, primarily on the payers side having a highly successful career in both sales and operations. His most recent position was as president of a major national health insurance company for the states of Kansas and Missouri. David graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in business.
