Tammy Ham founded Ambulatory Surgery Assistance, Inc. (ASA) in 1997. ASA developed over 20 centers in 11 different states. Tammy has more than 20 years experience in the field of health care, including real-world, in-practice experience in clinical nursing, administration and consulting. Tammy's expertise includes project management, process design and implementation, operational efficiency development and conflict resolution. She graduated from Saint Luke's College of Nursing. Tammy is a published author for the ASGE, "The Development of an Ambulatory Endoscopy Center: A Primer" in addition to a nationally requested speaker. She has shared her expertise with audiences at FASA, DDW and SGNA conferences.
