Prior to joining Nueterra in 2003, Darren served as vice president of investments/operations for a privately-held company that actively managed holdings in various sectors, including banking, bio-tech, health/wellness, real estate and retail. Since joining Nueterra, Darren has managed the syndication of nine ambulatory surgery center and real estate private placement offerings, three of which included major health system partners. He also has been heavily involved in physician recruitment efforts.
Darren draws on his years of business operations experience to help develop business plans that will be operationally successful, as well as his past experience as a licensed securities representative to successfully close associated "Reg D" offerings. His background in business and real estate evaluation, coupled with his investment experience, provide Darren with a unique perspective to develop successful physician-owned surgical facilities.
